Brendan Spears joined our team in 2024 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Purdue University. A native of Greensburg, IN, Brendan now calls Noblesville home.

Outside of the office, you can find Brendan indulging in his love for movies, reality TV, and trying out new restaurants. He also enjoys traveling, camping (with a preference for glamping), and spending time with friends and family. Brendan’s enthusiasm for new experiences and his friendly personality make him a great fit for our team-oriented, relaxed environment.

Aaron has recently graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an Associates of Science in Computer Information Systems.

Outside the office, Aaron is extremely active.  Aaron participates in many activities such as basketball, snowboarding, skateboarding, pickleball, riding motorcycles, and taking care of 2 bearded dragons and a leopard gecko. Aaron is engaged with the wedding being planned in January of 2022.  Aaron enjoys cruises and traveling as far north as possible.

In 2010, MKR was lucky to welcome Jean back to the team. Raised in Greencastle, IN, Jean now resides with her family in Indianapolis. Before joining MKR as our Accounting Manager, Jean had spent over 30 years in public accounting at other firms and has since shared her extensive experience with other staff in her years at MKR.

Outside of the office, Jean is an active individual, and enjoys running, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family. As the Accounting Manager, she enjoys overseeing the younger accountants and being able to teach them and share her passion for accounting.

Mary has been with MKR since 1984, and, though her duties have shifted over the years, has always served as our Network Administrator. An Indianapolis native, Mary still lives in the city with her family. Her extensive experience in software installation, billing, payroll and other data entry makes her a valuable part of the team here, especially in today’s increasingly technological world.

When she’s not in the office, Mary loves going to dinner and movies with friends and family, antiquing and going to flea markets, collecting both vinyls and antique Homer Laughlin dishes, and riding around in her 1967 mustang coupe. Her mission as network administrator is to always provide the highest quality work for our clients.
